Yes! We do require a 2 month initial start as the host will require 30 days notice before ending a lease agreement.

Yes, our properties are pet friendly. We normally assume a cat or a dog but if you have something else, please be sure to inquire first! There may be breed restrictions due to insurance policies. There is usually a pet fee plus a refundable security deposit.

Yes! We welcome children to our private accommodations but don’t have special equipment on-site. No children currently.

All rooms, bedrooms are furnished including the kitchen.

All beds are freshly made with clean linens. Guests are responsible for toiletries and towels. There may be some starter supplies for the bathroom and kitchen.

Yes, monthly cleaning included in common areas. Guests in shared spaces are expected to share household tasks in the interim.
